Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your first session is all about getting to know you and what brings you in. We’ll talk about your goals, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. It’s relaxed, low-pressure, and a chance for us to make sure it feels like a good fit.

  • Sessions typically last 50 minutes but we also offer different session types and flexibility with scheduling. Take a look at our Investment Page to see the options.

  • I do not accept insurance. I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. It’s best to check with your provider about your mental health coverage.

  • Check-out our Investment Page, we keep our rates up to date there.

  • My in-person office is located at: 1430 Blue Oaks Blvd, Suite 120, Roseville, CA 95747.

There’s parking available, and I’ll send detailed directions before your first session.

  • Yes! I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant online therapy for clients located in California. All you need is a private space and a stable internet connection.

  • I ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, unless it’s an emergency. If we can reschedule you within the same week, the late cancel fee will be waived.

  • If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, or just want support navigating life—therapy can help. We’ll explore what’s going on and create a plan that actually helps you get relief.

  • Most clients start with weekly sessions or every other week. For faster progress I recommend weekly sessions, but it’s really up to you and what works for your schedule. As progress is made, we may space things out. We’ll decide together what makes the most sense based on your goals and capacity.
