Therapy for
Adults with Insomnia

Exhausted by Perfectionism,
Burnout, and Never Being
Able to Shut It Off

You work hard. You care deeply. You hold yourself to high standards.
But at night you can’t “shut it off”, you find yourself tossing and turning, or waking up at 3am unable to get back to sleep.

I help tired adults quiet their minds, sleep better, and build a healthier relationship with themselves—so life doesn’t feel like a constant mental marathon.

You are stuck feeling “tired but wired”

  • It is late and your mind is still replaying yesterday’s staff meeting, yesterday’s argument, and everything you wish you had said differently

  • You have tried all the tips on sleep hygiene, but it doesn’t work

  • You got three hours of sleep, your eyes burn, the caffeine is barely touching it, and somehow you still expect yourself to perform

  • Your bed is no longer a restful place, it’s now an added stressor

  • Sleep medications might work, but you don’t want to rely on them

Imagine Your Life Well Rested

  • Waking up without already feeling behind

  • Falling asleep in 30 minutes or less

  • Sleeping more deeply, which leaves you feeling better rested

  • Getting up and out of bed in the morning, able to jump into your day

  • Improved memory and improved focus, which often happens when the brain is properly rested

  • No longer being haunted by thoughts like: “If I can’t sleep tonight, tomorrow will be so much worse.”

You don’t have to feel this way.

I provide CBT-I, which is the gold standard of insomnia treatment.

How does this relief happen?

The fantastic thing about insomnia is that CBT-I is very effective. The first step will be to assess for insomnia, screen for sleep apnea, and start sleep tracking.

I’m going to be honest, the first 2 weeks are going to be hard because treatment does typically start with limiting time in bed. This initially does lead to feeling MORE tired, but this is what we want. The purpose is to increase the sleep drive so you can actually fall asleep within 10 minutes.

This method is designed to only take 4 sessions, attended bi-weekly, over 8 weeks. Typically sleep is already improving by the 2nd session. These are measurable, clear results.

Our work is structured, practical, and tailored to you.
