Meet Cora Taylor, LMFT

Apart from being a mountain biker and loving Sour Patch Watermelon gummies, I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in active, results-oriented behavioral therapies (including TEAM-CBT and CBT-I). My practice is designed for high-functioning adults who want concrete psychological tools to fundamentally rewire how their brain responds to stress, panic, and insomnia.

As someone who understands the pressure of high standards and self-expectation, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to this work.
